My name is Diego, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my older brother, Isaac, who lives back home in Panama. Isaac has always been the pillar of our family: my mother, father, sister, and me. He is quiet, humble, and a kind person who gives his energy to everyone around him and consistently puts others before himself.

It deeply saddens and pains me to say any of this but last Tuesday 1/13 , Isaac was the victim of a serious and violent assault that left him hospitalized with multiple facial/rib fractures. He is scheduled to undergo surgery on 1/22 and faces a long and challenging recovery ahead. The sudden medical expenses, ongoing treatment, and necessary legal costs to pursue accountability have been overwhelming for our family. Isaac works locally and lives modestly, and this incident has placed an unexpected financial burden on him and those closest to him.

I have set up this GoFundMe to help cover Isaac's hospital bills, surgery, medications, and rehabilitation.
