Since this summer, worker leaders at Individualized Shirts have been organizing and fighting for a fair contract that solidifies their rights and grants them a fair share of the profit they produce for this company. In the face of SNAP and WIC cuts and a dysfunctional government, they have presented petitions, worn buttons and stickers in support of their demands, and met regularly with the company to establish what they deserve.
Regardless, the Company has refused to meet fair wage demands that would represent meaningful and critical support for over 160 Union members.
Where the Company steps back, the community steps up.
All donations will go towards purchasing essentials for Union members as they keep up the fight for the wages, hours, and dignity they deserve. These essentials - home goods, food for families - will be distributed directly to workers during the holiday season.

Desde este verano, los líderes trabajadores de Individualized Shirts han estado organizándose y luchando por un contrato justo que asegure sus derechos y les garantice una parte justa de las ganancias que generan para la compañía.
