Rastafari Indigenous Cultural Centre
Donation protected
An indigenous Rastafarian community in Portland, Jamaica are building a cultural exchange centre for you, your brothers and your sisters to escape babylon and get some healing. This community is being built in the foothills of Blue Mountain in Buff Bay, a historical landmark where escaped slaves, The Maroons, resided. A place between the sea, the rivers and the sky. In the land of wood and water where food is grown fresh from the earth and the juices pressed live from fruit just dropped off the tree. Come and share this with them.

Anyone who donates is welcome to stay anytime for free in the rasta exchange centre where some of the below activities are already available. Save your money and then send a small donation and have the opportunity to reap what you sow and stay a night with your hammock in the place you helped to build.
Some of the things you will be helping to fund:
- Sustainable environmentally implemented guest rooms
- Ital restaurant and cafe (vital vegan Jamaican cooking)
- Medicinal botanical garden
- Craft and shop (natural oil production, calabash, roots wine)
- Stage and screen for live music/recording and cinema
- Nyahbinghi gatherings and teaching (spiritual and historical practice)
- Horseback riding, sustainable boat trips and bee keeping
- A visiting bushman doctor treating stroke, cancer and other diseases
All of these activities increase employment in the wider community and continue to spread the knowledge of Rasta.

Rastas have struggled all over the world for centuries against babylon, the system and other man to survive. The belief of the Rasta is to live in peace and harmony with each other by the way of nature. No more chemicals and no more violence.
