On November 6, 2025, a beloved husband & father Gurpreet Singh, passed away at only 42 years old after a sudden and devastating battle with stage IV lung cancer—diagnosed just this past May. His death has shattered our family and left an unimaginable void in the lives of those who loved him most.

He is survived by his wife, Inderjit, and their three beautiful children: Navreet, Simone, and Ranvir. He was a devoted husband, a deeply loving father, and a remarkable human being whose kindness and warmth were felt by everyone around him.

He spent his career proudly serving as a data scientist for the FDNY, dedicating his work to improving systems that help protect and save lives. His commitment to his work and his family was unwavering.

His passing has left Inderjit to navigate life as a single mother while coping with overwhelming grief and the sudden responsibility of providing for their children alone. As the kids move forward without their father—emotionally, academically, and in their everyday lives—they will need support to maintain stability and meet essential needs.
