Red Thread Theatre Collective (RTTC) was founded to create more opportunities for fully-staged independent theatre productions in New York City. There are often far more readings and workshops being produced, and we aim to help fill that gap.

RTTC operates with the core belief that theatremakers deserve spaces where they can experiment, learn, and create without having to ask for institutional permission first. We strive to produce innovative and thought-provoking work while prioritizing artists' well-being and pushing theatre to be more inclusive and accessible.

This August, we're excited to bring our inaugural event to life: Trust In Tandem, a double-header show of new one-act plays! In order to make this project possible, we're raising funds to directly support artist stipends, rehearsal space rentals, and accessibility efforts to keep our ticket prices affordable.
