Help Us Support 10 Immigrant Families in LA — And More If We Can
Los Angeles is home to thousands of immigrant families who show up for us every single day — preparing our meals, caring for our children, and keeping our lives and businesses running. But right now, many of them are living in fear — not only of losing their livelihoods, but of deportation and displacement.
We are launching an urgent effort to raise $10,000 to provide direct $1,000 payments to 10 families, giving them the ability to stay home safely for at least one week. If we raise more, we’ll help more. Every additional $1,000 means another family can breathe easier — even if just for a moment.
As the child of immigrants and a DACA recipient, I see these families. I feel their fear — because I’ve lived it too. My partner, Michael Fiorelli, and I have spent our entire careers in hospitality, working shoulder to shoulder with the very people now at risk. That’s why we’re stepping up — because we must.
Through Fiorelli Pizza, we’re committed to doing what we can whenever aid is needed — not because we have to, but because it’s the right thing to do.
We’re asking our fellow restaurants, restaurateurs, and community members to join us. These are the people who support us every day — it’s time we support them. The most vulnerable — especially women and children — are often the first to feel the impact of fear and instability. Let’s stand with them.
If you know a family in need — or if you are one — please visit Fiorelli Pizza to submit their name. You can nominate someone else or apply for your own family.
Let’s show up for those who’ve always shown up for us.
