Hi, my name is Imagine Dyer and I desperately need your help. For my senior project, I am creating a website to help injured workers better understand their rights and the actions they need to take early on to both protect themselves and their family from hardship.

Due to my dad being out of work on less pay due to his own work injury, my family is unable to help financially with this project. Any help you could so graciously give would be greatly appreciated! Even a few dollars will go a long way in helping me achieve my goal.

Most domains claiming to help injured workers just go to lawyers pages. These websites often leave out what you can do on your own and need to do. This is because they are run by lawyers trying to get paid for doing the work for you.

The problem lies with the fact that once the injured worker makes an easily made mistake, lawyers will refuse to take their case. This leaves them with no where to turn when insurance companies use unethical tactics to get their case dropped. This is not some conspiracy theory, they are actually getting sued and found liable of this on a regular basis!

One reason I care so deeply about this is that my dad has been injured at work on more than one occasion. The first time was over ten years ago and we almost lost everything. Luckily, when he was injured at work more recently, he already knew the dirty tactics that workers comp adjusters would use.

Given this, I want to build a website with important links and deadlines that every injured worker should have from day one. The website also will include all the information they need to survive this very corrupt system. Of course, building the website is only half the battle. Actual website traffic and real people getting real help is my goal! Your help will be greatly appreciated as I hope to achieve way more than just a good grade!
