Support IGDA Indy: Build the Naptown Cab

IGDA Indianapolis + Indy Indies are making a city arcade cabinet, tentatively named the "Nap Cab". This cabinet will have games made by Indiana developers and travel to different events and locations. As a smaller (bartop) cabinet, it will be mobile and will have two sets of joysticks and buttons to support single and two-player games, with the first set of games sourced from Crossroads Jam 2. Final design of the cabinet is TBD, but you can reference the images in the gallery to get a sense of the design, and we will be working with an area artist on the wraps.

We need your help to make it a reality! Your support helps will let you see the joy on game makers and players faces in the coming years. Donors at $50 or above will get their name included on the side of the cab to show their support.

$1000 is a rough estimate to make this cabinet. If we overfund or the cabinet comes in cheaper than expected, any additional money will go towards supporting the mission of IGDA Indianapolis, including. educating about game development and advocating for games as an expressive medium. If we do not reach our goal in a timely manner (by October or so), we will refund you your money rather than hold it for a project that cannot be completed.
