Support Idlewild 365's Kids Events

Story

Idlewild family and friends, we are having our annual fundraiser for the kids' event, and we are asking for your support in raising funds. We have had five successful events. Our first one was a “Back to School Event” where we held fun activities for the kids and sent them home with school supplies and more. The second event was the “Wild Kidz Carnival” that consisted of fun carnival games, face painting, cotton candy, and prize giveaways. Our third successful event for the kids was a “Get Out & Get Active Day.” We set up obstacle courses and allowed the kids to compete to win! They all received gifts for participation. Our fourth event was a “Movie on the Beach,” which was enjoyed by both the kids and adults. We supplied the movie snacks, popcorn, slushes, candy, etc., and everyone enjoyed the movie. Last year, we had an overnight “Kids Lock-In” at the Mid Michigan Event Center with fun interactive stations for the kids, manicures, facials, and games/video games. Sleeping bags were passed out to each participant to keep. Snacks and treats were provided, and the kids had an amazing time. They enjoyed a cereal breakfast bar the next morning before parents arrived to pick them up. It’s important to Idlewild 365 that we make an effort to have an event centered around the children because they are the future of Idlewild. So we ask for your support; anything is appreciated.
