Hurricane Helene has left behind a path of devastation— our Raines Co. operates hotels throughout the Southeast and we have team members in Western North Carolina and Augusta, GA that are benefiting from your donations. We have been purchasing food, water, toiletries, pet food and basic necessities with the funds that have been donated and have been delivering them in our personal vehicles from South Carolina to North Carolina and Georgia.

As the Senior Vice President of People & Culture for Raines Co., it is my duty to ensure our team members receive support during times of distress and need. The funds that are being donated will be used to provide necessities to our staff that work in the mountains of North Carolina and Augusta, GA which are some of the hardest hit areas from Hurricane Helene. So far, we have delivered 3 truckloads of supplies (again, food, water, toiletries, pet food) and will continue to do so until the funds are exhausted.

Your donation, no matter how small, can provide vital relief to those in desperate need. Every dollar helps deliver emergency supplies, rebuild homes, and restore hope.

I will be withdrawing funds from the donations and reimbursing our teams that have purchased supplies, food, water, etc. and transferring funds to our corporate bank accounts to ensure transparency and to expedite getting monies to those in need.
