Support Humanity Effect: Empowering Education in Makoko

My name is Elidyah, and as a proud Congolese diaspora, I have always been passionate about giving back to the motherland. Whether it’s through sponsoring a child or mentoring, contributing to the well-being of our communities is a cause close to my heart.

This year, I’ll be traveling to Lagos with a group, and we didn’t want to make this journey without giving back. We will have the privilege of visiting Humanity Effect, a charity dedicated to providing quality education to over 300 students in Makoko, an underserved village.

In addition to our visit, we are starting a stationery bank to collect and distribute essential supplies to the students. Your support will help ensure these children continue to receive the education they deserve, opening doors to endless possibilities. Together, we can make a lasting impact in Makoko.
