Hi, friends! I am a local in-home daycare provider, wishing to offer a free little library (like the one pictured) to our daycare kids, neighborhood, and community.

Tangible literature helps children develop vocabulary and language skills, encourages imagination and creativity, and allows children to explore with the material in a way that technology does not. It can foster a love of reading, imagination, and learning! Books are so important for early development!

Recently, we received an abundance of book donations and wish to share the overflow with our community in a way that allows children to borrow books (or keep them) - for free!

After spending most of our business budget for the year on new playground mulch, we have little left to go towards this project. If you feel inclined to contribute towards this tiny cause, our Huckleberry family would be SO grateful!
