Support HRC: Train for Equality F45 West Hartford Pride

F45 Training West Hartford’s Community Unites for Pride Month to Support Human Rights Campaign.

This Pride Month, our studios are highlighting our equality and inclusion & celebrating love with heart-pumping workouts and heartwarming purpose. In the spirit of unity and support, the F45 community is proud to launch a special fundraising campaign benefiting the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization.

Throughout June, F45 studios will be hosting special Pride-themed workouts, donation-based classes, and community events to raise awareness and funds for HRC’s vital advocacy work. Whether it’s sweating it out in a high-energy team workout or contributing through direct donations, members and staff alike are coming together to make a powerful statement: Fitness is for everyone, and equality is non-negotiable.

The F45 ethos—team training, life changing—extends beyond the walls of the studio. It’s about lifting each other up, creating safe spaces, and standing up for justice. By supporting HRC, F45 is not only fostering inclusivity within its own community, but also contributing to national efforts to ensure that every LGBTQ+ person can live freely and openly.

Join us in celebrating Pride, supporting human rights, and strengthening our community—one rep, one donation, and one act of allyship at a time.
