Support "Hope for Heroes": Help Veterans in Need

Hello!

We are four 8th-grade students from Stone Hill Middle School in Ashburn, VA, driven by a deep passion for giving back to our community and honoring the sacrifices of military veterans. Through our initiative, "Hope for Heroes," we aim to support local veterans by providing care packages containing essential items like clothing and toiletries to improve their comfort and recovery during hospital stays.

Having already distributed several packages with initial funding from family and friends, we now seek public support through GoFundMe to expand our efforts. We are initially seeking to raise $1,250 to create and distribute additional veteran care packages. Each package contains a sweatshirt, sweat pant, and a toiletry kit.

Our goal is to partner with local nonprofits, raise awareness in schools, and continue delivering these packages, ensuring no veteran feels unsupported during their time of need. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have given so much for us.
