My husband made a one-time mistake and drove drunk. He showed up to all court appointments and even went to his sentenced jail time. After his 10 days, he couldn’t be released. ICE had a hold on his release, and he was later transferred to another jail.

We just went to our first immigration court hearing. The judge was nice enough to place bond on him, of $15,000, on top of more lawyer's fees. Anything can help! As I just want him home. He made a mistake and is learning from it.
