The formal adoption and immigration process is expensive. Adopting the kids in India and then starting immigration proceedings makes immigration low success and long drawn. We are reaching out to you on behalf of Himanshu, a beloved member of our community who is facing a family tragedy. Recently, Himanshu's brother in India passed away due to a sudden and devastating brain hemorrhage. This loss has left Himanshu reeling, as he not only mourns the loss of his beloved brother but also finds himself in the position of sole caretaker for his nephew, niece and mother.

Adding to the heartbreak, Himanshu's sister-in-law had tragically passed away earlier, leaving behind their two young children. Himanshu, as a dedicated family man, is navigating a difficult situation taking on the addtional responsibility of providing a loving home for the children, who are now left orphaned, in addition to caring for his mother.

Himanshu is not just a friend; he is a pillar of our community. Many of us know him from our regular cricket matches, where his infectious enthusiasm and unwavering sportsmanship have brought us together time and time again. Now, as he navigates this heartbreaking situation, we have the opportunity to rally around him and offer our support in his time of need.

The emotional toll of this situation is immense, but the financial burden is equally overwhelming. Himanshu is determined to do whatever it takes to provide a stable and loving environment for his nephew and niece. However, the process of adopting them and bringing them to the United States comes with significant costs, including legal fees, immigration expenses, and the logistical challenges of relocating them to a new country.
