Hilton Sampey is a licensed cosmetologist (barber) who cuts hair under the pseudonym King Redd The Barber. He is a licensed Maxwell Leadership speaker, coach, and trainer. When Hilton is not behind the chair or speaking, he spends his time writing or enjoying different genres of music.

Life for Hilton started out rough, but his resiliency in the face of adversity is what has propelled him into the role of helping others in any capacity his skills and heart will allow him to. Hilton is aspiring to bring his story to the masses in hopes that his adversity in life will inspire others to conquer the many things holding them back in life. With a renewed sense of self-worth, Hilton plans to open a non-profit that will give haircuts, supplies, and motivation to underprivileged youth and disparaged adults. He is adamant about educating others on prison reform and suicide prevention. His experiences within the court systems and incarceration are what make him an effective weapon in the fight to educate and eradicate the problems relating to recidivism.
