Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out to share the story of my best friend Rowan and his family, who have faced unimaginable challenges over the past few years. A devastating house fire destroyed their home, leaving them without a place to live and forcing them to start over from scratch.

Initially, they were relieved that their insurance would cover the costs of rebuilding, providing them with hope for a fresh start. Unfortunately, their journey took a heartbreaking turn when the contractors they hired to manage the rebuilding process betrayed their trust and stole a significant portion of the funds meant for the reconstruction. This betrayal has left Rowan and his family of 5 in a dire situation, struggling to find the resources they need to finish rebuilding their lives.

Rowan is a dedicated father and husband, always putting his family first. Despite the challenges they face, he remains hopeful and determined to create a safe and loving home for his loved ones. Rowan has also persevered through a life altering spinal injury earlier in life when he was starting his family. I have seen him overcome circumstances of his own while always keeping friends and family fed and welcome.
