Support Heilmann Park Dedicated Pickleball Courts

Pickleball breathes life into everyone who plays. It is easy to get started playing and difficult to master, but it is in that journey along with a bunch of other fun loving humans that we move forward.

The Heilmann Park pickleball project started in 2022. In October, 2023, we started playing on less than perfect courts. As of 7-15-24, we have no more tennis court lines, painted pickleball lines, and four permanent posts-nets. It is an exciting journey.

Since October 2023, we raised an impressive $9,863 in two fundraisers, of which about $8,771 (as of 2-25-25) has been spent on the various supplies, materials and equipment. We are done with our biggest first accomplishments and are enjoying the play. The next major push will be for resurfacing, but we will need to have a huge amount of patience before that gets done.
