After six weeks of uncertainty, our hearts are finally full again. We are overjoyed to share that our dad, Hector, returned home to us on March 9th.

To everyone who donated, prayed, and reached out: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your generosity did so much more than help cover legal fees, it gave us the strength to keep fighting for him. We are eternally grateful .

Our names are Natalia and Milagro, and we wanted to share our family’s story.

We are a family of five who immigrated to the United States over 25 years ago in search of a better life. We started with very little and slowly built our lives here through hard work and faith.

On January 26, 2026, our lives changed overnight when my dad was detained by ICE and is still currently being held. Our dad, Hector is a loving father and the main provider of our family.

We have found a lawyer and begun the legal process, but the costs are overwhelming. This GoFundMe is being created to help with the legal fees and to support our family, especially our mom and younger brother, while we fight to bring our dad home safely.
