Hearts & Homes is a youth-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through sustainable and compassionate action.

Since launching in 2024, we’ve delivered over 100 handwritten letters of motivation to shelter residents and repurposed more than 5,000 plastic milk bag strands into sleeping mats. This summer, we’re expanding our efforts with three core initiatives: redirecting unsold food from local businesses to shelters, distributing hygiene kits to promote health and dignity, and collecting gently used shoes to support mobility and comfort.

Funds raised will go directly toward purchasing essential items such as hygiene products, non-perishable food, and footwear. Every contribution helps us provide tangible care to those in need and strengthens our ability to build meaningful community partnerships.
