For 29 years, The New York Center for Children provides trauma-focused therapy services to under privileged children who have suffered abuse (and their families), free of charge, for as long as it takes them to heal.

NYCC's therapists provide services to children and adolescents who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, witnessing of domestic violence, and community violence.

Therapy is specialized to meet the needs of each individual. Our treatment incorporates trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, art therapy techniques and grief therapy. Treatment is provided in both English and Spanish.
