Hey everyone I am Hanna Johnson, Hazell Anne’s auntie.

Hazel our tiny fighter. She was a been a fighter from the beginning. At 24 weeks they found fluid in her abdomen and lungs. They were admitted to the hospital immediately and began caring for our girl. Since then she received a shunt in her right lung and was frequently monitored. She was delivered at 32 weeks due to the increasing fluid on her left lung. She was born on February 28, 2025. Hazel Anne went to be with the lord on March 4, 2025. The four days on earth were filled with so much love. She passed surrounded by family and in her mommy and daddy’s arms.

Garett and Alexis will never be the same. Something no parent should ever have to go through. They now will be facing thousands of dollars in medical bills and funeral expenses. Many expensive genetic testing were conducted to find the cause. They both went months without working to help their little girl fight.

We appreciate all the help, but all your love and prayers are necessary.

Thank you all for helping our girl fight her fight. She is our tough girl.
