Support Hawthorn Coffee's Dedicated Team

Hawthorn Coffee will sadly be having its last day of business on March 29th. It has been the honor of our lives to serve this community for the last 10 years.

Unfortunately, we could not come to a reasonable agreement with our landlord and therefore are losing our space. We are grateful for every visitor, customer, employee, and all the thousands of people who had an impact on this space.

Because this was reached with such short notice, we are seeking funds to help our employees and help pad this transition period as they seek new employment.

Our team of 7 are integral to our success and truly the heart of Hawthorn. They embody our core mission of “positively effecting people every day”. They helped to create a safe space in our shop for so many, and why so many of our guests felt seen and heard. Most employees have been here for years, and while we’re trying our best to emotionally grieve this together, we understand bills need to be paid.

We want to do everything in our power to help support them not only in finding new work, but financially in other ways. We have had a number of our customers ask how they are also able to support them and we hope that this is just the first step is ensuring the future success of our valued team.
