A family camping trip to enjoy the 4th of July holiday weekend turned into a tragic loss for my sister-in laws family. Hailey's mother, stepfather, aunt, uncle, and 2 cousins had been enjoying themselves along with other campers at HTR campground in Kerrville, Texas when a catastrophic flood swept through the town. Her cousin, Devyn, was found clinging to a tree on the morning of the fourth, but sadly everyone else was still missing. After days of searching, the bodies of Hailey's mother, stepfather, uncle, and cousin have been recovered. Sadly, the search is still on to find her aunt. Thankfully Devyn has been strong enough physically to be released from the hospital, but now she has to lay her stepfather and sister to rest and continue to search for her mom. I am starting this fundraiser to help provide support (food, emergency shelter, loss of work income, travel, moving of loved ones for burial, medical bills, etc.) for Hailey and her family while they get through this devastating time. 100% of all funds raised will go to the family.
