Help Us Revive Nuangola’s Theatre at the Grove

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Ovation Playhouse has been granted approval by the Nuangola Grove Board to lease the historic Theatre at the Grove, with the shared hope of bringing this beloved space back to life.

As many of you can imagine, this is no small—or inexpensive—undertaking. In addition to the cost of leasing the facility, the building has sat unused and unheated for nearly five years since the COVID pandemic. As a result, there are significant maintenance needs, including painting throughout the space and a complete rebuild of the stage to make it safe, functional, and performance-ready once again.

The Theatre at the Grove holds a deeply sentimental place in my heart. It’s where lifelong friendships were formed, creativity was nurtured, and unforgettable memories were made—many of them with you. I hope this space means just as much to you as it does to me.

With your help, we can make those memories come alive again—and ensure that this historic venue continues producing theatre for many seasons to come.
