I’m reaching out on behalf of a longtime friend and truly good man, Greg Pinson, who recently experienced an unjust and heartbreaking turn of events. Greg dedicated Veteran and 22 of those years with Advance Auto Parts—where he was known for his knowledge, hard work, and dedication to helping customers.

Unfortunately, Greg was wrongfully terminated after an incident involving him stopping a shoplifter that was stealing from the store, while another employee call the police. Despite Greg acting in the store’s best interest and trying to protect company property, he was accused of being rude to the customer and was let go without a fair chance to defend himself.

Anyone who knows Greg knows he’s not only passionate about his work, but he treats people with respect and integrity. Losing his job after more than two decades of loyal service has taken a financial and emotional toll, and we’re rallying to support him during this difficult time.

This GoFundMe is to help Greg stay on his feet while he explores legal options, looks for new employment, and begins the process of rebuilding after this unjust termination.
