Hi everyone,

Many of you know me as Greggy — a food creator, baker, and storyteller who loves sharing recipes and joy with all of you. You’ve seen me whisk, stir, and laugh my way through videos, and you’ve also seen me through some of life’s hardest moments.

Not too long ago, many of you supported me when my mom was in the hospital. I will forever be grateful for that kindness — it carried us through. I never imagined I’d be in the position of asking again, but life has thrown me another curveball.

I was recently diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). It’s a condition that has changed my daily life overnight. While I’m focusing on recovery and following my doctors’ plan, I’m still the primary caregiver for my mom, who needs nursing support. Balancing both her care and my own recovery has become overwhelming — physically, emotionally, and financially.

This GoFundMe is to help with:

• Medical expenses and treatment for my CHF

• Nursing and caregiving support for my mom while I recover

• Living costs while I’m unable to work fully

It’s humbling to ask, but I truly want to recover, rebuild, and return to what I love most: creating food content, sharing recipes, and bringing lighthearted joy to all of you who’ve supported me throughout the years.
