The Gotham Blues Society organized by Eileen Lawrence and Karl Schwarz is proud to announce our inaugural fundraising concert on Sept 8th celebrating the Blues and our music community here in NYC! Help us make this event a success by contributing!

The Blues is a truly rich, uniquely American art form that must be carried on and passed down to future generations. We are a newly formed 501c3 dedicated to supporting the Blues in NYC.

Funds raised will facilitate this inaugural event as well as future blues events, community outreach and education.

Opening this inaugural event we are proud to host the first live performance of the York college Blues band under the tutelage of Dr. Tom

this event will surely be a wonderful introductory celebration, please come and enjoy the evening with us!

also we are so pleased to partner with Stitch Bar and Blues, a wonderful blues and supper club in mid town for a November evening blues blow out! details to come!
