Hello, I'm Joshua T Berglan, and I'm reaching out to you today with an urgent and inspiring cause. Recently, I had the privilege of interviewing Jonathan Ngangura on my show, the founder of Gosoapy, a remarkable organization empowering refugees in the Nakivale Refugee Settlement Camp in Uganda . Jonathan's story and the work of Gosoapy touched me deeply, compelling me to take action.
Gosoapy is on a mission to rebuild hope and lives through sustainable livelihoods, education, and community development. They've already made an incredible impact, training over 200 refugees in soap-making and entrepreneurship, establishing 50 refugee-led businesses, and improving the lives of more than 1,000 community members. But now, they face a critical challenge.
The heart of their operation - the Nakivale Refugee Training Center - needs our help to complete its reconstruction. This center is more than just a building; it's a beacon of hope for hundreds of refugees. It provides a safe space for vocational training, entrepreneurship mentorship, and community development programs that are transforming lives.
That's why I've started this GoFundMe campaign. We need to raise $5,000 to finish rebuilding this vital community hub. Your contribution, no matter how small, will make a real difference:
$10 provides a bag of cement for the foundation
$25 supports the installation of electricity for lighting
$50 funds vocational training for 5 refugees
$100 sponsors a community development initiative for 20 refugees
By supporting this campaign, you're not just helping to construct a building. You're helping to rebuild lives, restore dignity, and reignite hope for hundreds of refugees. You're empowering people to become agents of change in their own communities.
I was deeply moved by Jonathan's story and the incredible work Gosoapy is doing.
Now, I'm asking you to join me in this mission to rebuild hope. Every dollar counts, every share matters. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of refugees in Nakivale.
Let's turn inspiration into action.
Donate now and help us rebuild hope for Nakivale's refugees.
Thank you for your generosity and compassion.
