Hi, my name is Jerica, and I’m the founder/creator of a youth mentoring program dedicated to empowering girls ages 12 to 18 through life skills training, career development, self-esteem building, and meaningful mentorship.

This program was born out of my experience working in education, where I saw firsthand the lack of support many young girls face in school and in the community. I knew something had to be done—and that’s how this program began. It has been such a joy to create a safe, supportive space where girls can grow, learn, and thrive.

Now, I’m taking the next big step: turning this passion project into a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Obtaining this official status will allow us to apply for grants, receive larger donations, and expand our reach and resources for the girls we serve.

But this process requires legal and filing fees, and that’s why I’m asking for your help.
