It always feels uncomfortable asking for help but being in the US here we are… Gio is allotted 12 weeks of paternity leave that is unfortunately unpaid. Having him home those 12 weeks would be incredible, however, we understand that’d be a big ask so we’re hoping to raise enough for him to be able to be home for at least a month of that time without feeling too much financial stress. We are lucky enough to have family help during postpartum but I know it would mean so much to Gio to be able to have some of that time home to connect with the new baby and give Meika some extra love.
