Support Generational Noor – Empowering Maine’s BIPOC and Immigrant Communities
At Generational Noor, we believe that everyone deserves access to support, understanding, and opportunities—no matter their background. Founded in 2021, our organization is dedicated to addressing some of the most pressing issues facing Maine’s BIPOC and immigrant communities, including substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and youth violence. We approach this work with compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to community healing and empowerment.
Your donation directly supports life-changing initiatives like:
Youth Mentorship: Connecting young people (ages 12-26) with inspiring mentors who guide them through challenges and toward brighter futures.
️ Substance Use & Mental Health Support: Offering culturally sensitive peer recovery services that meet people where they are.
Community Conversations & Education: Hosting events that foster understanding, break stigmas, and create actionable solutions.
Violence Prevention & Intervention Programs: Tackling the root causes of community violence through collaboration and education.
Basic Needs Support: Providing immediate resources to individuals facing poverty and hardship, ensuring no one is left behind.
Every dollar you give helps us continue this vital work—whether it's helping a young person find their purpose, supporting someone on their recovery journey, or bringing neighbors together to build stronger, safer communities.
