Support Gayle Truax: Rebuilding After Unimaginable Loss

Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,

I come to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for support for my dearest Taekwondo sister, Gayle Truax. Over the past few years, Gayle has faced an onslaught of tragic events that have left her world shattered.

It all began with the devastating loss of her beloved son, Connor Truax, on April 19th, 2021. The pain of losing a child is unimaginable, and it's a wound that never truly heals. Just when Gayle thought life couldn't possibly throw any more challenges her way, fate dealt another cruel blow.

During the recent ice storm, a massive tree crashed down on Gayle and Scott's home, reducing it to rubble and leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. The destruction was not only physical but also emotional, as they lost countless cherished mementos and keepsakes that held irreplaceable memories.

Despite the overwhelming adversity, Gayle and Scott remained resilient, determined to rebuild their lives from the ground up. However, tragedy struck once again on April 9-10 of this year, 2024, when Gayle's beloved husband, Scott, passed away unexpectedly.

In the face of such profound loss and heartache, Gayle finds herself navigating uncharted waters, grappling with grief while simultaneously trying to piece together the fragments of her shattered existence. The road ahead is daunting, but she refuses to surrender to despair.

As members of the community who have been touched by Gayle's kindness, resilience, and unwavering spirit, we have the power to make a difference in her life. By coming together and offering our support, we can help alleviate some of the financial burden that weighs heavily on Gayle's shoulders.

Your generous contributions will go towards helping Gayle rebuild her life, whether it's finding a new place to call home, replacing essential belongings, or seeking grief counseling to help her heal. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in Gayle's journey towards healing and hope.

Let us rally together as a community and show Gayle that she is not alone in her time of need. Together, we can help her find solace and strength as she bravely confronts the challenges that lie ahead.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and unwavering support.

With heartfelt gratitude,
