Support Gavin's Fam Through His Terminal Diagnosis

This last November, at the age of 38, my cousin Gavin was diagnosed with a very rare, aggressive, and terminal liver cancer Cholangiocarcinoma. Unfortunately, severe medical conditions are not new to Gavin. He has been dealing with multiple diagnoses (such as Crohn's Disease) since was 18 years old.

With this recent diagnosis, Gavin has been unable to work and his wife Laura has become the primary caregiver for him as well as their two young children, ages 7 and 9. Because she is self-employed her ability to work has also become limited. Simply, they are struggling to stay afloat with all of the medical bills on top of the cost of living.

In an unpredictable turn of events, Gavin’s step-father of over 32 years suffered a stroke and passed away while he and Gavin’s mother were visiting San Diego to support their son and grandkids. Gavin was unable to say goodbye to the man that helped raise him, yet another hardship due to his illness and hospitilazation.

Asking for help is incredibly difficult for so many of us, which is why we want to do everything we can to support our family. Please consider giving any amount you can to help them through this stressful and unimaginable time.
