Help Gage's Family Rebuild After Tragic House Fire

On April 15th, 2025, Gage Datlovsky’s childhood home in Fox Lake, Illinois, tragically caught fire in the middle of the night. The blaze displaced Gage, his father Bill, and their beloved dog Caesar. While thankfully Gage was able to get everyone out alive, the home has since been declared unlivable and is now slated for six months of reconstruction.

Since the fire, Gage and his family have been relying on the kindness of friends for a place to stay. Insurance can only go so far and won’t cover everything needed during this difficult time. As the sole supporter of his family, Gage is doing everything he can to keep them afloat, but it’s a heavy burden to bear alone.

Gage, 28, is one of the most selfless people you could meet. He’s a dedicated amateur fisherman, and in his spare time, he coaches young anglers and wrestlers in his hometown. Whether on the water or the wrestling mat, Gage is someone who gives back — now it’s our turn to support him.
