Support Gabriel's Fight to Save His Home

Hi...my name is Tanya and I am raising money to help keep the family home that was willed to my son, by my mother. My mom got really sick in January of this year and then sadly passed away in February. My mom willed the house to my son Gabriel. Mom only owed $14,500.00 on the house when she passed away. We have tried to get a mortgage for the remaining amount, but the bank doesn't do mortgages for that small of a loan. We tried to get a personal loan, but my son has no credit and mine is only fair, so we can't get a personal loan to pay it off. My son has been living at the house for several years while he was taking care of my mom. It has been really hard losing my mom, his grandma, and now he might lose the house too.

I am going to be moving in with Gabe to help with bills and save as much as possible before the bank makes us sell the house. And please know I am not the type of person to sit back with my hand out hoping we raise enough money. I am picking up a second job and will be working 7 days a week to try and raise enough to pay off the house. My son is also working and helping take care of Haylee, his autistic sister, while I am at work. I am just afraid I won't have enough of a time frame to raise the amount we need. Any help in reaching our goal would be greatly appreciated. I know everyone has a story and life is hard. I have been a single mom of 3 for 14 years. My son was born a micro-preemie with many health issues, one of which is a paralyzed diaphragm, which means he only uses one lung to breathe, and my youngest is autistic. We have pushed through many challenges in the past 26 years. I am usually not one to ask for help, but this is more important than my Aries/GenX pride.
