Support Gabriel and His Family

Donation protected
Hello this is Gabriel lizarraga. He is an 18 years old and a Senior at Sweetwater high School, soon to graduate in the month of June. He's a great and very humble person. He gave his life to Jesus two years ago in my youth group and I have had the privilege together with Pastor Greg of baptizing him. For over 2 years I have seen him grow spiritually in faith and in wisdom. The Lord rescued him from the kingdom of darkness (gangs and drugs) and has brought him into the kingdom of Jesus. He is very active with the youth group and hopes one day to be a pastor.

But life has not been easy for Gabriel, he grew up without a father, he lives with his mother and his little brother, but his mom has been battling mental illness and severe depression for many years, she has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals and recently her depression, let her to attempt suicide, thankfully she was unsuccessful. Also last year Gabriel suffered an injury while playing football for his high school team and had to have surgery on his ACL and meniscus, and is now in the process of a long recovery that could take about 2 years.

As I mentioned earlier Gabriel is currently assisting Sweetwater high School, and is scheduled to graduate in June. He recently got his driver license, and is looking for a job so that he can support his mom and his little brother, but Gabriel does not have a vehicle, and this is the reason why I am reaching out to you today.

As I was praying for Gabriel, I felt led by the holy Spirit, to put together a fundraiser in his benefit, with the hope of being able to raise $2,000 to be able to buy him a small 4 cylinder vehicle to help him commute to work and home.

Would you consider donating any amount to help us reach our goal and to show Gabriel that when we put God in first place, God will also meet every one of our needs. Would you help me today to show Gabriel that he is known and seen and how much God loves him. Any donation is very helpful, whether it's $10, $50, $100 or $1,000. Any donation of any amount will help us to be one step closer to reaching our goal.
(Proverbs 19:17 NLT) Says this:
If you help the poor, you are lending to the Lord— and he will repay you!
Thank You.
