Help Us Guide Girls & Young Women to Greatness
Guiding Girls 2 Greatness (G3) is a leadership and mentorship program and operates as a subsidiary of Sister2Sister Connection, a community-based organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through education, mentorship, and community support.
As girls grow with us, they transition into our Sistars of View (SOV) program, which supports high school students through their freshman year of college. SOV focuses on identity development, leadership, academic persistence, and preparing young women to navigate college and early adulthood with confidence, purpose, and community.
Together, Sister2Sister Connection, G3, and SOV create a pipeline of support that walks alongside girls from middle school through college — ensuring consistent mentorship, guidance, and exposure during every critical stage of development.
This fundraiser supports our upcoming college exposure and leadership experience, including a visit to Morgan State University, a campus museum experience, and a group luncheon. These experiences are intentionally designed for both G3 and SOV participants, allowing younger girls to envision their future while older participants see themselves as leaders, role models, and scholars.
Why This Matters
Many of the girls and young women we serve are navigating educational spaces that may not always affirm their identities, voices, or aspirations. Our programs provide a safe, empowering village where participants are encouraged to dream boldly, build leadership skills, and develop a strong sense of self and belonging.
