Support Future Doctor

As many of you know, I am about to begin my 4th year of medical school. I have the opportunity to attend a Spanish intensive/medical Spanish elective course this summer in Peru. I am so thrilled to have this opportunity as serving the Latino community is incredibly important to me. This elective would equip me to serve my Spanish-speaking patients in an even more valuable and meaningful way.

If you don't know me personally let me introduce myself! Hi my name is Malorie Martinez Hacker. I am a wife and mom to two amazing daughters. I am also a rising 4th year medical student who is excited and honored to join the 6% of Latino physicians! We need more!

Medical school is incredibly expensive and taxing, and I don't normally ask for help. However, as this is an added cost on top of my normal tuition expenses, I am reaching out to seek support. Funds raised will help by paying for the course as well as necessary insurance, my plane ticket, and expenses incurred like meals.
