I want to thank my daughter Amanda for all her love. Amanda Bayyoud has been taking care of me at her home for 3 weeks. I went to the doctor yesterday. Mark Smith took me to the doctor, and the doctors said my right leg is doing much better. The skin graft took very well, but it will be 2 more months before I can put any pressure on it. As far as my left leg, they took the stitches out where they had to put the rod in. It's doing much better, but no pressure yet. My right hand, the fingers tingle and throb, and at this point, they will have to amputate the right pinky finger.

I am making a lot of progress. Using my left hand, as of today, I brushed my own teeth. I can push the buttons on the remote control. I can push the buttons on my hospital bed, but please continue all your prayers.

Right now, I'm struggling financially as of August 4th, my pay stops.

The accident caused a compound fracture to my left leg, causing the bone to hit the artery and stop the blood flow, but they were able to get me into surgery and repair it. I also had a compound fracture to my left arm. I broke the right hand, and it had to be rebuilt using cadaver bones. I am unable to use it at all. The right foot had half of it ripped off when it ripped my boot off. Wellstar Augusta performed a graft on it. They took skin from my stomach to repair it. Mark Smith has 3 broken ribs, a broken shoulder, and a messed-up ankle. So many people have been talking about the accident and what happened to me, so here is the truth. I would post photos, but they are too gory to look at. I am back at Piedmont with an infection in my right hand and will probably loose the pinky finger
