Support Frankie's International Firefighter Aid

Hello everyone, my name is Frankie Perez. I’m a NYC Firefighter dedicated to supporting First Responders internationally through fundraising and donation efforts.

Since 2007, with support from various not for profit organizations and Foundations, I’ve had the opportunity of collecting and providing much needed equipment/bunker gear to several Fire Departments in Ecuador, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

This year I ‘m aiming to return to the Dominican Republic (Jarabacoa, Bani and Santo Domingo) due to the generous support of the GearUp Foundation who has collected and is donating 3 pallets worth of equipment (21 set of bunker gear coat/pants and 21 SCBAs).

However as the equipment is stored in Wisconsin, and needs to be shipped to NYC, I am seeking support/donations to help offset the shipping cost from Wisconsin. The cost of shipping is $2,500 dollars. Once the equipment arrives to NYC, The Dominican Republic will cover the cost to ship overseas.

Any amount donated will help support and ensure this much needed equipment arrives to fellow brothers/sisters serving as first responders in other countries.
