My name is Frankie Buchanan and I am working on earning my Eagle Scout rank. I have been in scouts for 10 years. I am excited to do my service project for the

church where our troop meets. The church has a lot of property and we are making a cleaning in the woods. I am planning to build a shelter with a cement floor and solar lights and picnic tables. I will also be placing a fire pit with benches outside the shelter on one side and a flag pole on the other side. The shelter will be part of a walking trail that the church is developing. The shelter will be good for groups to meet, people resting on the walking path, our scout troop, and those from the church's extensive sports ministry programs. The total cost of this project is about $10,000. I plan to hold 2 fundraisers in addition to this site, to reach out to vendors to have supplies partiallly donated, and the church will be contributing as well. I need your help to make this great space for our church happen!
