Hi, my name is Francine. I’m a mother currently navigating multiple active legal cases across state, federal, and local courts in order to protect my children, preserve my parental rights, and correct serious procedural and due-process failures that have impacted our lives.
This is not one simple case. I currently have open matters in several jurisdictions at the same time, many of which were initiated because motions, orders, and appeals were mishandled, delayed, or left unresolved. I am representing myself because I no longer have the financial ability to retain counsel, yet the stakes involve custody, safety, housing, and civil rights.
I am asking for help because pursuing justice—especially as a pro se parent—comes with real, unavoidable costs.
What Your Support Helps With
Funds raised will go directly toward:
Court filing fees across multiple courts and jurisdictions
Postage, printing, and service costs required for motions, appeals, and legal notices
Civil filings and tort actions, if poor-person (fee waiver) applications are denied
Transportation costs to attend court, see my children, and comply with court-ordered appearances
Basic vehicle maintenance so I can continue working, attending hearings, and transporting my children safely
None of these expenses are optional. Without filing fees, papers can’t be submitted. Without postage, parties can’t be served. Without a reliable vehicle, I can’t see my children or show up where the court requires me to be.
Why This Matters
At the heart of all of this are two children who deserve consistency, safety, and an involved mother. I am continuing this fight not because it’s easy—but because walking away would mean accepting outcomes that were never lawfully decided and that continue to harm my family.
I am doing everything I can to move these cases forward responsibly, transparently, and within the legal system. But the financial burden has become overwhelming, especially while cases remain pending for months—or years—at a time.
How You Can Help
If you’re able to donate, you are directly helping me:
keep my cases moving,
stay compliant with court requirements,
remain present in my children’s lives, and
continue seeking accountability and lawful resolution.
If you can’t donate, sharing this page or sending encouragement also means more than you know.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for supporting a mother who is doing everything she can to protect her children and stand up for due process.
