Forrest Whiting, a first-year Neuroscience PhD student in DBBS, was displaced by a massive fire in his apartment building one week ago. He escaped with his life, his dog, and the clothes on his back, but lost all of his other belongings. He is currently living in temporary housing while searching for a new place to live.

Forrest now needs to replace essential items including a computer, clothing, shoes, furniture, bedding, toiletries, dishware, cookware, and school and pet supplies, as well as upfront costs associated with securing new housing.
