As most of you know, my granddaughter—just 20 years old—passed away suddenly only 3 ½ weeks after giving birth to her first child, Zane. Her loss has left a void in all our lives, but the most profound impact will be felt by her young son, Zane, who must now grow up without his mother’s love and guidance. It is difficult to find the words to describe our grief and the challenges that lie ahead. Zane was the light of his mother’s life, and her greatest wish was to see him happy, healthy, and thriving.
