Support for Yardley Chase's Hurricane Recovery

Dear friends,

As you all may know, on June 3rd, 2024, Jamaica was hit by Hurricane Beryl, a massive and dangerous category 4 hurricane. This hurricane caused extensive damages in Southside Saint Elizabeth, leaving many families without shelter or a home.

This fundraiser is being organized on behalf of my family back home in Yardley Chase Saint Elizabeth, Jamaica. These are many of my immediate family members, aunts, uncles, cousins and neighbors and friends who have been gravely affected by this hurricane and they have lost so much. The road to rebuilding these homes is going to be a tough one. My beautiful community will need so much work to get back to what it once was, but with your help, no matter what it is, they will rebuild. We all can come together to help these families with a start.

100% of your donation will go towards helping the affected families with supplies towards rebuilding their homes. Materials such as ply wood, zinc, boards, nails and other building supplies will be purchased with your kind donations and distributed to the affected families. Please keep the entire country of Jamaica in your prayers, but I ask of you to whisper a special little prayer for my family in the beautiful community of Yardley Chase Saint Elizabeth.
