Veera and Vijit Yadav (sister and brother), lost their beloved father, tragically, suddenly and untimely in ICU, to a rare leukemia , on Veera's birthday.
The young children had already been stoically dealing with their dad's illness, constant hospitalization for over 2 years, disrupting their education and lives, driving him to medical appointments and spending precious time with him in ICUs and hospital rooms.
Doctors had cleared him for going home the next day when he suddenly died within a few hours of this happy news.
The children have been struggling with this tragedy and loss of their guiding force, their dad.
The family is devastated by this unexpected loss and the children are bereft, traumatized and now facing pressing issues regarding their inheritance. They have been trying to get answers to their father's retirement funds and estate from his employers, without success.
They have been bright students with aspirations of higher education and careers, but have now had to pause their school, college, and lives to investigate this via legal channels.
Added to all the trauma is the family's worry about even the basic living expenses of rent, transport, food , utilities, student loans etc., leaving them hard pressed to come up with the exorbitant legal expenses for a civil lawsuit.

I and our well wishers want to enable these bright young children to move on with their lives, education and careers after attaining financial security through receiving their dad's inheritance.
