Support for Victims of Chaparral Wildfire

Donation protected
On August 28, 2021, the Chaparral wildfire devastated almost 1500 acres of land in the Cleveland National Forest, including the Dominguez family property. This generous, hard-working family purchased their dream property only five months prior to this fire. After the mother survived two separate exhausting battles with cancer, they purchased this property in the hope of creating a home for themselves and their four children. Through all the adversity this family has faced, they have persevered with unconditional love and optimistic spirit.

The Dominguez family is now forced to face another challenge - repairing their home and salvaging what is left of their property. The Chaparral wildfire completely destroyed every outbuilding and piece of equipment that could have been used to help overcome this tragedy. Money raised through this GoFundMe will be used towards the purchase of a tractor. A tractor is the most important resource needed to confront this extremely demanding task.

We would like to extend our special gratitude to Pauley Equipment for their community spirit in discounting the cost of this equipment.

We greatly appreciate anything you can do to help.
