On February 27th, our family lost my sister, Kayla, in a tragic house fire. She leaves behind her husband, Tyler, and their two children, Myles, who is 11, and Lylah, who is 4. Along with losing their mom and wife, they also lost their home and nearly all of their belongings. Kayla was a beloved daughter, wife, granddaughter, sister, and mother. Losing her has been the hardest thing our family has ever faced. Tyler has been able to secure an apartment with help from family, but he now faces the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives while grieving a loss no family should ever endure. Right now, we want to do everything we can to support Tyler and the family as we all try to find stability and move forward together.

Donations will help cover essential needs for the family, including furniture, beds, mattresses, food, school supplies, clothing, and other household items lost in the fire. Any funds raised will also be set aside to provide financial stability for Tyler and the children as we begin to rebuild their lives together.

Clothing sizes needed:

Tyler (Dad): Large shirts, 32x32 pants, large sweatpants, coats, and hoodies

Myles (11): Large or XL shirts, size 12 jeans with a 30-inch inseam, large sweatpants, coats, and hoodies

Lylah (4): Size 5 or 6 clothes, coats, and hoodies, and pull-ups

Our family is devastated by this loss, and we are so grateful for every act of kindness, every donation, and every prayer. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
